I needed an oil change and fuel filter change and other dealerships were weeks out with scheduling. I was able to get scheduled a Wild West Chevrolet on the day I wanted, less than a week from when I called to schedule. With all the dealerships being at least an hour away, it was nice to get the work needed done when I wanted, instead of being put off for weeks.

Quite honestly I haven't had such friendly service in years, arrived in the morning and absolutely everyone including the owner said good morning. The service dept. was professional and thorough! They have all my future service on my 2022 Chev 2500HD. Lets just say the 1hr drive is well worth going to Wild West Chev dealership VS the dealership in Reno!!

My truck was in for a transmission diagnostic & dealership got back to me promptly to inform me that the truck unfortunately needed a new transmission. After all the tedious stuff got out the way such as calling warranties, etc. They got to it right away & left my truck running great.

They did not have all the parts required for a scheduled repair, and did not contact us when they ran into the problem. We had to initiate contact to get any updates on the status of the car. As this is not the first time we have had to do this when there was a problem with a repair, we will be taking the car to another shop in the future that does communicate with their customers.
